We ensure continual improvement and effective management of our OH&S performance through the provision of safe work environment to all employees, contractors, visitors and all persons working under the control of the organisation.
Through our programme of continual improvement the Management will:
- Ensure that all employees understand their OHS responsibilities, accountabilities and demonstrate visible involvement & participation.
- Ensure that our OHS management system reflects best industry practice and are adequately resourced.
- Provide training, awareness, education, supervision and direction to all employees so that they understand the required behaviors and the consequences of non-compliance.
- Ensure effective communication to our contractors and other relevant stakeholders to enhance their understanding of their OHS responsibilities, accountabilities and required behaviors as well as share our aspirations and also ensure that they are aware of the consequences of deviation and non-compliance.
- Consider our stakeholders’ OHS concerns through involvement & participation of our employees, Consultation with Contractors or their representatives, communities where we operate, government authorities, Customers and other relevant shareholders.
- Comply with this policy by ensuring that it provides the required framework for setting, reviewing and driving the OHS objectives and expectations.
