Mr. Abayomi Oladunjoye

Abayomi is responsible for the Development of the Human Resources department processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. He leads the Human Resources practices and objectives that has provided an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. Abayomi is a holder of BS.c degree on Biochemistry and Advance Diploma in Security Operations & Management (ADSOM) in the University of Lagos.

He's a certified CPO AND CPP and has attended several workshops and seminars such as Ethics on the 21st century Security Professionals, Strategic Management for Managers, Capacity building training on transition and succession, Leadership and Personal Effectiveness for Managers, Problem Solving & Decision Making Techniques, Learning to lead for first time Managers (ITF).
